Others work on Ethereum. Bitcoin has only ever had one-off drops. We are the only one we have found that does both, on either chain, under one record, and we looked.
One record for every piece
Every redemption we run ends in a record like this. It names the network, the token, the wallet that redeemed it, the block, the date and what was made. We hold it in the United Kingdom, apart from the house’s own systems, and anyone can check it against a public explorer without coming to us.

Redemption under your own name
We run the portal where a collector redeems. It carries the house’s name and design, and we appear only as a small mark in the footer. The collector signs in with the wallet that holds the token, chooses what is to be made, accepts the house’s terms and gives an address. Nothing is asked of the wallet beyond a signature and, on Ethereum, the contract’s own redeem.
Whether a wallet holds a token is read from the chain by our servers at the moment of the claim, never from the browser. A piece belongs to the wallet that redeemed it, and only that wallet can change where it is sent. Selling the token afterwards does not move a piece that has already been claimed.
The house’s own people see every order in a console built for making things, with the quote, the options, the address history and an audit of every move.
Where our responsibility ends
We do not make, sell or deliver the piece, and we do not vouch for it. Its authenticity, condition and value are the house’s word and the house’s responsibility, and our terms say so. What we vouch for is narrower: that the token exists, that this wallet held or redeemed it, that the redemption happened on this date, and that this address was signed for by that wallet.
We do not hold keys, tokens, funds or pieces. We never ask a wallet for a transaction the contract does not define, and on Bitcoin we never ask for one at all. We do not run a marketplace and we do not publish who holds what.

The service is the same each time. What changes is the object behind the token and what the record is later asked to prove.

For collectors
If a portal you use carries our mark, the house that made your piece has asked us to run its redemption and keep its records. You sign in with the wallet that holds the piece, or by email, and there is no account to create. We never hold your keys, we never ask for a transaction beyond the contract’s own redeem, and we will never write to you asking for a signature. The house pays for the service. You never pay us.
